Help me out?

I just got my period after being on bc for 2 1/2 years. I am basically bed ridden, on the verge of vomiting, and can’t move without my entire body cramping up! I have horrible digestive issues as well. I am bleeding quite heavily, and its deep red. It hurts to use the bathroom l, too.

Does anyone have endometriosis that can help me possibly rule this in/out? I want to make an appointment but don’t want to be overreacting. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
