Feet hurt already! 👣👣👣

So I work 5 hour days at a high school cafeteria. I am constantly on my feet without any break. A couple weeks ago my feet started killing me at work and would hurt the rest of the evening but the pain would finally die down. NOW they just hurt constantly. Even after a weekend break. They hurt as soon as I wake up. Its mostly my heels. I got some Dr. Scholes inserts and still no relief! Any of you also suffering from foot pain this early? How are you treating it if so? Thanks! 😊
