Long story short I started having contractions all day Wednesday and I decided to head over to the hospital as I was already dilated 4 at my check up that evening so fast forward I get to the hospital they stated me on pitocin to get contractions consistent they get up to 2mins apart ,they break my water and that’s when the pain really started I ask for the epidural by the time they give it to me the contractions are unbearable I’m kicking the sheets bitting them clenching my teeth bitting the air idk what I was doing at this point but I couldn’t take the pain I ask for the epidural well that POS only numbed half of my body and I’m still crying from the pain the contractions gave me I call the nurse to tell the anesthesiologists that shit didn’t work and she goes back pokes my back like crazy and she gave me a higher dose supposedly it was t working because I’m a bigger person “tall” so I need more than the recommended dose whatever so it worked for an hour I was able to “rest” before I woke up with pain again so this time the midwife came inn to check on me and it was time to push 3pushes and my baby boy was born I developed anemia from all the blood I lost and a tiny cut on my vagina inner labia by the clitoris so it burned like hell when I went to pee the first time because I didn’t know I had a cut anyways he latched on pretty well so I’m breastfeeding and bottle feeding
