Anyone using EOs for labor or help labor???

I just reviewed what to bring with my doula yesterday! 
She recommended citrus smells, lavender, peppermint, clary sage, and stress away.

Yes! I've been rubbing clary sage and jasmine on my belly and hips at night to help get labour started since I'm not allowed to go overdue. During labour, I have a few and I'm kind of going to play it by ear on what I'll use. I have peace and calming, surrender, lavender, and gentle baby packed.

I’m not specifically planning on it but my hospital has them available. There’s only certain ones that are safe so I’m leaving that to them lol
