7 week old has started spitting up daily

My baby is 7 weeks old, and he is exclusively breast fed. He often has infacol and gripe water due to occasional bad gas pains.

Nearly a week ago, he started spitting up after burping, with hiccups, and also randomly. It doesn’t bother him in the slightest, though. Not only this, but he’s started blowing bubbles and dribbling, too - could this be linked?

I don’t see his health visitor until next week, but I just wondered if anyone could advise me until then? thank you!
