Breastfeeding Help😩

My son was just born Feb 27th💙 he’s done pretty well with breastfeeding so far but nights seem to be the hardest. He doesn’t want to/can’t latch right. My milk is coming in and my boobs are SO sore and swollen and hard. And I’m not sure if I should use a binkie yet for him once in a while go calm him when he’s full.

So I guess my questions are :

When breastfeeding did you introduce a binkie, if so when? And should I ?

And how can I help the pain of my milk coming in and help the hardest/sore full feeling?
