Is this normal??

Just found out I was pregnant yesterday. Last night and all day today I’m having intense cramping. Not painful just tight! 
Also bad diarrhea this may be tmi but it’s yellow!....is this normal? 
Oh and I’m suuuuper hungry but nothing sounds good..
I’m kinda freaking out...

I would say you’re fine as long as the cramping isn’t painful and you’re not seeing any bloody discharge! Stay hydrated and rested. And congrats! Early pregnancy is rough (and so is the rest lol) but you’ll get through and have easier weeks!
