family photo session

so a friend from high school has become a pretty successful photographer (at least in the wedding/engagement/lifestyle scene). we had her do our engagement, wedding, and now two family sessions. we had them done on 2/7 (specifically portraits of our son since he was turning 3 on 2/10) and we still haven’t gotten even a sneak peek. we paid her after the session, as per usual, but like i said we haven’t seen anything.. usually she posts a picture or two a week or so after a shoot, but here we are 3 weeks later. is it normal to take this long? it’s not like it was a super long session either, it was only 30 minutes of shooting.
