Advice please?

My doctor has recommended that I try to slow my weight gain down. I’m around 21 weeks. Pre pregnancy I was about 154 lbs 5’8” yesterday my evening weight was 177lbs and at my last appointment (which was 4 weeks ago) I weighed in at 173/4lbs.

My weight has bounced around a lot three days ago I was 173lbs which makes me think some of my problem could be water weight. The rest idk and I’m not willing to guess. Apart from more exercise and eating good is there really anything that can be done to safely manage my weight. I could use more exercise but I’m getting tired and winded quick. Is that just being overweight? Or a part of pregnancy? I never had a problem exercising during pregnancy before so this is new to me.

*busting the ice in the cows tank

*Catching horses and feeding them hay and grain (3x4 flakes of alfalfa)
