Braxton Hicks or ?

So I would get tightening in my stomach every once in a while but now it’s everyday multiple times a day. It doesn’t hurt either. Just way more often now a days..I’m 32 weeks..the nurses at my appts ask if I’m having contractions and I just say I don’t think so bc I literally have no idea...this is my first.

Most likely they are BH, I get an increase when I’m dehydrated or stressed, especially towards the end. However with my first, around 40 weeks they became way more frequent and uncomfortable. When I arrived at the hospital at 41 weeks to be induced, they hooked me up to the monitor and low and behold I was told they were actual contractions. But active labor contractions are a million times worse lol keep an eye on them, start timing them if they become back to back and goto L&D if you feel like they could be the real deal

That’s what my BH do and I have them ALL the time for WEEKS. It happened with my last pregnancy, I don’t remember with my first two.
