Uti pain but no uti

I’m 16w pregnant and for the past few weeks I’ve extreme uti pains. Constantly feeling like peeing every few minutes and it’s painful. Then on top of that my vagina hurts so bad, I feel like I need to sit in an extremely hot bath to help the pain of it for a few minutes but I can’t cause I work. Idk what to do . Its interfering with my work.

I went to the doctor a week ago and they checked and all my urine tests are fine no uti or infections. I’m so confused what’s going on
