What does this mean?????

Hey all so 2 days ago 2/27 me and so had sexy time and he finished in me (trying). According to glow I’m in my fertile window and I had what I was assuming to be ovulation pains on my right side. Today, 2 days later, I’m now on my last day of my fertile window and I’m experiencing some light cramps across the whole area of where everything is. Just curious as to it possibly meaning I conceived?!?!?! TIA also I am 7 months PP after having our daughter ( we want our kids close in age)
