13 DPO- VFL then Level 19 HCG- stories?

Hi all-

I had a vvvfl yesterday at 12 DPO. I have very long cycles- usually 37 days and I ovulated on day 23 this cycle (confirmed by follicle ultrasounds). Went in for blood test today and they called back saying I was level 19 HCG. Was told that I need to go back for another test Monday and that they can’t give a positive or negative result with that.

I’ve seen the chart for the wide ranges of pregnant HCG levels by week, and I’ve read a couple online forums that looked like a lot of level 19 hcg tests ended in miscarriages.

I know it’s early, I know it takes a couple days for levels to rise. But anyone have any thoughts or stories on a similar situation? Would love some good vibes to get me through the next two days before I go back in. Just feeling a wittle deflated after the call following the excitement of a vfl
