TMI!! Need help!

I had an emergency c section after labouring 23 hours and now I have not pooped in 6 days. I am in so much pain and Just need to get it out. I can't get comfortable and it's starting to kill my back. I am taking stool softners and my doctor suggested restoralax today and I did it but its just making the pressure worse. Pushing even a little bit is painful. I need relief. Please someone give me some advice before I cry myself to oblivion. 😭😭😭

Edit: I just want to say Thank you to everyone for their suggestions. I used a suppository and was finally able to go to the bathroom twice since then. It is still pretty painful to go but I feel a lot better. Thanks again!!
