New to assisted fertility

About to start my first round of femara and hcg injections. Very nervous and emotional about the whole thing. Def feeling like a huge failure. Anyone on here used femara and how long did it take?? Idw to bankrupt myself but I'm desperate to be a mother too.

Just finished round 2 on letrozole 5mg and Ovidrel trigger shot. Had IUI today. Infertility makes you have the patience you never thought you had. Good luck

Girl my worst character trait is impatience. I think I'm about to learn some patience the hard way. Good luck to you as well!!
