Possible symptoms?

I’m not trying to symptom spot, just curious. I’ve had 2 miscarriages. Both time I found out because I went to the doctor for a sinus cold/infection. Yesterday I got an extremely faint line like I don’t even know if I consider that positive. I’m going to retest in a few days. But I just out of the blue got a really bad sinus cold. I’ve been TTC for about 3 months now so now I’m scared to take any medicine because I feel I might be pregnant but still to early to get a good positive.. any thoughts? Could this be a symptom? Or just a weird fluke? Idk..
