Period cramps?

Anyone else feel like they are starting their period? I’m miserable. After having diarrhea then constipation yesterday I can’t handle the period cramping today. 😭

I have period cramps for the last 3-4 days, especially I can feel them at night. I also started to have restless legs (same as when I have my period). 
Don’t know if it’s because of yoga that I’m still doing or late pregnancy.
My midwife said any moment at this point as the baby sits sooooo low.

You would think you would remember what It feels like but with it being my third i don’t remember ever having “period cramps”. Tried to eat dinner and got nauseous too. I give up
