First time cup
Hi, I’m looking into buying a cup. I’m 17, 5’2 and an athlete. I’ve previously only used pads and tampons. Has anyone ever done lots of moving/running with a cup? I play volleyball and I’ve always been scared to try one and it be irritating or slip while I’m in the middle of a game. But besides that, is there a good cup for first time users? Or are there different sizes, because I’m relatively small. So many questions, sorry. Any help is appreciated 😁

There’s usually 2 sizes for every cup and most of them go by size 1 If you’ve never had children or size 2 If you have. I use the lunette and love it, the diva cup didn’t work for me because it’s too long. As far as irritation goes, I cut the tails off of all my cups because they’re so irritating to my vaginal opening and they’re pretty pointless because they don’t actually help you get the cup out in my opinion. I can’t tell you about being very active because I discovered cups long after my sports days, but as long as you have it suctioned properly you shouldn’t have many problems!
