Is this implanation spotting?

Ok so I'm a bit worried rn I am not TTC right now but I did mess up and did the deed with out protection. It's been about 7 days past ovulation "or when im supposed to not exactly sure" I know I did it around my ovulation time well I've been soooo moody and super nauseous I havnt wanted to eat cause I get nauseous. And my breast r starting to get this sore kinda feeling:( I just went pee and this was in my undies? sorry TMI I KNOW but I'm so lost and confused but when I wipe theres like nothing just off colored a bit ? Idk what this is lol?
