So I recently told a friend I’m struggling to get pregnant and I apologized that I wasn’t at her baby’s birthday the day before (the reason was that my period started for the 11th time ttc and it was a hard day). She just responded “I don’t know what you’re going through but you can always talk to me.” I replied and talked about how scared I was etc. etc. and that it’s been hard, I just haven’t been myself lately. I never got a reply? I’m kind of confused. She had her first on accident and the second was just because she wanted another, so I know she doesn’t get it. But my other friends who are moms replied so much more lovingly and totally made me feel better.

Nobody ever tells you that friendships start to suck when you can’t have kids and all your friends can!
