Colostrum

Please be gentle! This is my first baby and I don’t have any help, so that’s why I need you ladies to help me. I am starting to leak colostrum and I saw a post where someone said they were storing it. I don’t think it’s a lot, just about a wet spot the size of a quarter on my bra. My questions are, how do you get it out and what do you put it into to store it?

I’ve also heard that pumping too soon could cause pre-term labor, is this true?
