what is this?? its not on my labia so i dont think its a bart's cyst. maybe an abscess? i dont know what to do and it hurts quite a bit, but i hate the doctor and really dont want to go. anybody know what it is?

Looks like a cyst from an ingrown, or could be an infected lymph node. Looks big and painful, go to the docs.
