Can a uti be asymptomatic ?

Is it possible to have no symptoms of a uti for about a month ? I just started to feel like I might have one im 35 weeks pregnant and I’ve been leaking protien in my urine, I wonder could it be from the uti being untreated for awhile ?

While it is possible it is from a uti it is  far more likely to be from preeclampsia

Yes- I didn’t know I had them at the beginning of pregnancy

It’s possible I had a kidney infection and had no symptoms except my urine stunk

If they are testing your urine for protein maybe they also testing for UTI. Ask your doctor if they already checked that

Yes. I'm on my 3rd uti this pregnancy. Haven't had symptoms with any of the 3. Every time it's been found through routine urine cultures during each trimester

I had a UTI one time during a pregnancy and I never knew it. It was caught in my urine sample.
