Fibroids and tilted uterus

Hello ladies!

So along this journey we have got some snags and bumps (like most everyone else) - the latest was exploratory surgery this week to identify the "something" found on the US and HSG... turns out to be a fibroid but in the process the surgeon had "a helluva time" getting in due to the angle of my uterus. She did not mention prolapse but stated it was a 90-degree turn.

Have any of you been diagnosed with fibroids and a tipped uterus? If so what are some of the things that worked for you?
