FTM question

So I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I know baby is moving around getting ready to make her grand debute but I was wondering if anyone has experienced a feeling like they had someone moving their cervix or like getting your cervix scraped it almost hurts but doesnt its mostly just uncomfortable. Was wondering if anyone knew what it was. I thought it was baby making her way down into my pelvis but I asked doctor she checked cuz I needed an ultrasound and she said baby wasnt in my pelvis yet. Thoughts?
