Large Anterior Placenta?

Big (anterior) Placenta? So my OB told me the other day I have a “nice and large placenta” she didn’t make it sound like a bad thing but from researching it I haven’t found very many “good” things about a large placenta. Also, it’s anterior. Has anyone been told their placenta was large and it not be an issue? Also, anything to be concerned about an anterior Placenta?

Also, my OB apologized I don’t have a “bump” on my placenta as it appears in this photo. It was shadows on the bedside ultrasound machine that doesn’t take the best pictures.
