Feeling so defeated. 😭

I'm 33. I have 2 amazing kiddos, that were conceived with "zero effort" ... 9 y/o daughter & 2 y/o son. I was told if I wanted to have a 3rd, I needed to do it sooner than later due to previous pregnancy complications... so my husband and I were "trying/not not trying" since 1 year ago... we actively started trying 6 months ago, like opk and bbt daily. I thought this was my month finally... AF was 3 days late, I had ALL the other symptoms I've had before and everything.... and then this morning, BAM! Severe cramps and AF came in like a wrecking ball. 😢 I feel like I'm experiencing secondary infertility & I'm heartbroken. Any advice for any mamas that have been through this?
