I downloaded this app called workoutforwomen because it gives you workouts with instructions that go from 7mins-30mins and it also shows the calories you burn.
So I’m like hmm ok let me do a workout!
There’s only a 10 second break in between the different work outs and it had me going from on the floor to standing to back on the floor again.
I felt like a god damn whale rolling around on the floor trying to keep up with this fast pace app 😂
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to lose weight with low intensity?
