Menstrual Cups
So I’ve always been interested in using a menstrual cup for my periods. I like the environmental and the cost effective aspects of it, but I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little nervous to give them a try. I’ve heard a lot of spilled blood and difficult insertion stories from a few friends who have tried them and then gave up on them. Does anyone have any advice on how to get started or what to expect when using one at first?
