Which is better birth control?

I’ve tried all kinds of birth control pills which i can’t keep up with and they make me irregular and sick to my stomach. I’ve done the arm bar and i had it for 3 years i got it out and a new one in then i bled for months straight. So I’m trying to see everyone’s experience on these to see which i should try?

I used the patch and absolutely loved it! Except for the fact that my skin is really sensitive and can’t have a patch on for a week as it gets really red and irritated and itchy. So had to stop using it

The patch is a tad outdated, and most doctors that I’ve seen don’t even offer it anymore. I do have friends that have used the Nuvaring and they all love it. However, as with ALL hormonal birth control, it’s a trial and error process, so how well someone else reacts to it won’t really predict how your body reacts.
