How many mature follicles did you have when your doctor told you to trigger for IVF?

As of this morning I have eight mature follicles and multiple smaller ones. My doctor told me to trigger tonight and my egg retrieval will be 36 hours exactly after. What were your numbers like when you triggered?

I can’t remember if I had 7 or 9 but got 14 mature eggs and 6 PGS normal blastocysts. Good luck!!

I triggered with 12 but my RE said he'd be willing to trigger as long as their are more than 5

I had a ton (more than they even counted, thanks PCOS) - probably close to 10 notable follicles on each aide. They retrieved 21, 18 were mature, 13 were suitable for ISCI & as of today 9 have fertilized.

I had 14, but they could only retrieve 7. One side had a tangle of blood vessels and couldn't be accessed.

I was told that I only had about 6 mature ones when I triggered, but I ended up getting 23! 17 of them fertilized.
