Help me out here

My dad and stepmum had a massive argument last night and my dad might need to move out. They weren't married, but they were engaged. The argument got physical and the police were called. I have to stick with my dad in this fight, cause I agree with his point of view, but my stepmum is telling me all these bad things about dad and I have to act like I understand what she was saying. Im really scared that something is going to happen. Please give some advice on how to deal with this. As a result of what happened last night, I had a really big panic attack and couldn't compose myself. I think I have depression and my dad is taking me to the doctor at some point to get me some treatment. Please, all you ladies out there, give me some help with dealing with this situation! 😢😢😢😥
