My ex texted me

My ex from last September reached out to me tonight. We dated for 2 years and broke up due to our overall goals in life not lining up. He texted me asking if we could talk because he’s hearing some stuff that he feels needs to be discussed but doesn’t want to discuss it over text and would rather call or meet up so things don’t get convoluted. I don’t know what to do. I really don’t want to talk to him and i have no idea what this could even be about. I just don’t have the mental capacity to deal with it but I’m not sure what the right thing to do is
