Frustrated with husband please help.
My husband is convinced that if I would just get into excellent shape before I get pregnant then I would have a much better pregnancy. He is convinced it will prevent fatigue and breathlessness in the first trimester and basically make it so much easier for me. Keep in mind I'm not overweight, I'm 5'4 and 120 lbs normally. I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant and 130 lbs. This is my third pregnancy. I miscarried my second at the end of my first trimester. For all of my pregnancies I have experienced horrible constant nausea, fatigue, frequent breathlessness and lightheadedness throughout my first and into my second trimesters. This pregnancy my fatigue and frequent lightheadedness has continued with me all the way so far. My husband is frustrated by my complaints and thinks if I had just been super fit before these things wouldn't be an issue. I know there are benefits that come from exercising before and during pregnancy but I also know that pregnancy and hormones cause these issues no matter what physical state you're in before. So I guess my question is has anyone experienced a really rough time their entire pregnancy even though you were extremely physically fit before?
