Gender reveal party?

Are you ladies having a gender reveal party at all or finding out the gender in a special way?
I can’t decide if I want a special get together or to just celebrate with my boyfriend.

To me a gender reveal party is overkill. T was a lot more special finding out just me and my SO. I am planning to reveal on social media though. We did tell a handful of people close To us personally.  Ultimately thought its up to what you and your SO really want to do.

I did a simple cake cut. It was just maybe 5 family members, and we recorded it and sent the video to family members who live far away. Our first child (age 9) and my husbands grandmother (age 93) cut the cake to reveal the sex.

His mom and dad told us and we went on Facebook live so everyone found out when we did. Nobody’s schedules could line up and he has siblings in other states that wouldn’t have been able to come so we decided it would be the easiest way. I wanted a party so bad but family can’t get along long enough to do something like that. But it was a special time for my boyfriend me and his mom that we got to share. I think if you want a gender reveal you should have one. I hate that I wasn’t able to have an actual party because I really wanted one. But if you just want to share it between you and your man then I definitely think that’s something really special. Hope my comment helped you lol

Ours will be in the delivery room but that of course is how we decided to do it. Sometimes I think they’re creative and other times I think they’re just plain dumb. For the next baby we plan to find out together but have first baby be a part of it, or we may not find out again!

My husband and I opened the results together at home just the two of us. After that we made “gender reveal cupcakes” to give to our parents, families/friends and coworkers as we saw them, but not a full party. Everyone likes food and it was personal and fun to be the first to know. 
If you’re more of a party person, then have a party!! Any excuse to celebrate positive/happy events, why not?

Nope. We found out together then just started telling people. Parties can be cute...for other people...I find them silly and can't see myself ever having a one. Do what feels right for you.

I plan on just me and daddy doin a balloon pop at the beach couple friends but not a bunch of people most of my family doesn’t like him and I also find out the gender through a blood test ☺️☺️the Harmony but everybody doin the sneakpeak from home test I see my theme is goin to be the beauty in the beast 😂
