Confused

My boyfriend of 7 months seems like quite a womaniser ( he talks to any one and everyone to ) he works as a builder , couple days ago he came home and told me he was working on a womans house it just came to my mind because no what he’s like so i asked him who put the plaster on your hand ? He turned round and said ‘she did’ tbh if a builder came in my home I wouldn’t put a plaster on for him, I’m starting to think my partner really does entertain things and it’s down to he’s personality , just need some advice
