Hes nice to other women, but rude to me?

Whenever i go shopping or somewhere with my husband, and we see a young woman around my age, to the middle 30s, hed be all smiley, and look so bright. But then, once it comes to me, hed look all mad, with a glare on his face. Always talking to me with a rude attitude, and acts like im stupid all the time. This is why i hate going out with him, its always like this. And when i decide to wear makeup, and wesr nice clothes when we go out, hed be mad and shit, accusing me of trying to impress guys.

Idk anymore, i feel like he values those women more than his own wife. What should i do about this? Ive talked to him and he just denied it.
