Those who have had the laparoscopic procedure done please help!

So, I had the laparoscopic procedure done to remove the adhesions and endometriosis on Monday. My doctor was not able to remove everything with this surgery.

My left Fallopian tube is completely blocked and he wasn’t able to unblock it. I have been having severe pelvic pain for 12 years and this is the first time I’ve ever had surgery for it. I am still experiencing the same intense pelvic pain that I did prior to my surgery.

Is this normal? Does it take time after surgery for the pelvic pain (not surgical pain) to go away?
