Clogged duct, 9 days pp
I have one in the same spot on both boobs and idk how to get rid of it! It’s in such a weird spot. It’s been there for like 3 days now. I have tried massaging it and squeezing my boob while nursing to try and get it out but nothing helps 😢 what do I do! It doesn’t hurt but it’s just annoying. This is how big it is between my fingers
