Stressed over attending my works award banquet
First off there's 840 people attending this event. I'm newer to the company and still don't know a good portion of the people. I only know my co-workers and I don't really fit in with them as it is. And to make matters worse I'm attending alone. I woke up with some pretty bad anxiety today, crying about it. Any tips on how to deal with big events like this?
