Hungry this early?

Question

4.5 weeks...and starving every few hours.   I’m not supposed to increase my calories for another few months but this week has been so difficult!  Morning sickness hasn’t started yet but I am so hungry.  I’m drinking lots of water to try and help.   Is anyone else hungry this early?

I’m 4 wks today and have been starving and EXTREMELY thirsty for the past 3 days. But when I eat, I only eat a little and then I’m full. But thirsty. Always thirsty.

I'm only 3w 5d and the hunger has already hit me. I have really bad eating habits and dont get hungry or eat until around dinner time, but the last 2 days I have been starving the second I woke up!

I started about a week and a half ago being super hungry. Also at the same time I can be super hungry but only eat a little and be full ... just to be starving a little while later ....

I'm 4 weeks and I seriously have been eating everything since a few days before I got my bfp. I'll go from extremely hungry to like not hungry and wanting to skip a meal. Lol

You may want to consider using an app to track your food intake. I've been tracking mine with my Fitbit because I felt I was eating way too many calories but realized that after I take into account my activity level (I'm on my feet all day most days) that I was allowed to have more calories than I thought.
Also, make sure you choose the right foods. Lower calorie foods fill you up without adding a lot of calories so I can eat all day long when I feel hungry, and then I make sure I get a lot of protein at meals that helps fill me up. As much I love sweets, the calories add up so quickly and leave me feeling hungry shortly after.

I’ve had like 3.5 meals already lol I feel like I eat all day today and yesterday. I’m 4 weeks 5 days or so.

Yes! I’m 5 weeks. And seems like even after I eat a meal im hungry again like 30 min later 😂
