Issues with pregnancy tests

So ive been feeling "off" and while it might just be my mind playing tricks on me. Still a thought. However for the past 2 or 3 days ive had some sort of spotting only when i urinate and wipe. I am due to start my cycle tomorrow and have not had any normal cycle pain. My boobs are irritated and itchy. But i have taken dipsticks and their ALL negative. These symptoms have been for at least a week now. Any advice should i change from a dipstick or keep testing with and just see if im late ?
