Possible ectopic? Please help!

I received a positive blood test on Friday. Today, Sunday, I had light cramping and spotting so I went to the ER. I ovulated late in my cycle, so I’m only dpo 15 today. They did virginal and stomach ultrasounds and said it was abnormal. Said my cyst is shrinking and they think I am having an ectopic. Check my hcg- im dpo15 and levels were 357. Going back in two days to check levels again. Decided to take a cheapie from my opk this afternoon, it’s the bottom one in this picture...super dark!

Anyone have any insight or help for me here?! I’m dying to hear what you ladies know or think. Doctors in two days is a long wait!

Too hcg is 2/27, middle is 2/28 ( day of blood work done), bottom is today 3/3
