Anyone else dealing with Carpel Tunnel Syndrome?
I am 34+5 right now. I’m not sleeping. I fall asleep and manage about 4 hours before I wake up crying because my hands hurt so bad and that’s with braces on my hands to sleep. I’ve tried so many things, contrast baths with hot and ice water like my job suggests, as I work a very physical job with a medical staff that helps when we’re injured. I haven’t worked in 18 weeks, as I’m high risk, but I’ve dealt with the carpel tunnel issues before.
I don’t know what else to do. But I’m waking up 4 or 5 times a night in tears because my hands and arms hurt so bad I could scream. My husband tries to be understanding, but it’s keeping him up at night too because I’m getting in and out of bed almost double what I normally would because I’m doing it even when I don’t have to pee. I only make it till about noon after waking the kiddos up for school, and I’m pretty much tapped out for the day, because I’m scared to nap because I know it’ll hurt even more once I do that.
I’m miserable.
