I am 32 weeks I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I'm in severe pain... My lower right back is killing me I'm here crying and I can't even do that because it hurts to take a deep breath because it hurts my right side.. I have chills and fever.. And cold sweats and nausea... I don't know if this can wait till tomorrow at 10 or is this something I should get attention for right away.. My water hasn't broken, and no real signs of contractions that I can tell.. Advice? Please help..
