ER or not?

I am 32 weeks I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I'm in severe pain... My lower right back is killing me I'm here crying and I can't even do that because it hurts to take a deep breath because it hurts my right side.. I have chills and fever.. And cold sweats and nausea... I don't know if this can wait till tomorrow at 10 or is this something I should get attention for right away.. My water hasn't broken, and no real signs of contractions that I can tell.. Advice? Please help..

I had all of those exact symptoms when I had a kidney infection. Definitely go to the ER (or my doctor had me just go to Labor & Delivery). And please, especially if you have a fever, make sure to go in immediately. Fevers and pregnancy do not mix well.

If you have a fever over 101 you HAVE TO GO TO THE ER. It can harm the little one.

I suggest ER. Sounds like a possible kidney infection :/ infection of some type with the chills and all. Better to get it checked out!

Thank you, I know we see the "should I go or not posts" all the time but my appointment is tomorrow and I just didn't know if it could wait I do have a history with UTIs and bladder infections so I'm worried it could be a kidney infection or something serious
