Spicy and pregnant?

Am I allowed to eat spicy? I fricking LOVE it but is it harming my baby?

When you’re past full gestation (37 weeks), they say spicy food can be a natural way of inducing labour... basically because it triggers your bowels which can trigger other things at that late stage. Much like when you’re coming into actual labour, you often have an urge to empty bowels... all connected somehow... 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 
But spicy food is perfectly safe anytime in pregnancy so ENJOY!
