Weight loss journey
4 months ago in November there was a point where I hated my body. I ate too much, I didn’t do anything besides eat, and study. Then I met a guy and it got to the point where i wanted to start working on myself. I was at the highest weight I had been at I was 122 and according to the BMI scale I was obese. I started losing weight a really unhealthy way, I would eat less than 1,000 calories a day and on average a girl my age needs 1,650 and on the fitness app I had, I was supposed to eat 1,200 and I wasn’t even reaching that. I started walking a lot, every day. I would walk 2 miles every day and I started toning up.. but I was also really weak and reached a point to where I had to call a friend because I thought I was going to pass out on a run.
Skip forward to Now and I’m going to the gym a little bit more, I’ve been going on walks a little less, but I’ve also been eating healthier and a little more. I went from 122 - 115 which isn’t that much of a difference but my body looks a lot better. I didn’t realize the change until I compared the photos. I still plan on losing more but I almost weigh as much as I did last year in April. I’m getting prouder of my body and having more confidence in myself.
