Scared.

In a few days I will be 10 weeks postpartum. We had unprotected sex at 7 weeks PP. I couldn’t take the emergency contraceptive pill. I haven’t had my first cycle yet. 12 days after we did it, I had a small amount of spotting for a few days. Nothing else so far. Do I forget about this and move on? Maybe it could just be my body sorting itself out? I don’t know a huge amount on Implantation Bleeding as I never experienced it with my first pregnancy. Sorry that I have posted this multiple times.
