Late night binge
So, I always wind up staying up late when I hang out with my friends and the things we do constantly put me in the vicinity of junky food. For the past 18mo I have been going on a fitness and healthy life style journey. I do great when I have a planned schedule and go to bed at a regular time, but still struggle when I’m tired and stay out late with friends. Any pointers on how to avoid binging on food late at night even when I now I shouldn’t and it messes with how good my body feels the next day.
