Itchy vagina😩

OMG! I had my son almost 3 weeks ago and I’ve been so focused on his little life and appointments that I’ve completely forgot about my own. This morning My vagina has itched SO FREAKING BAD that it’s literally driving me crazy! I looked up what could it be it said an infection so now I’m a little scared but I did call my doctor to make an appointment. What were your signs for infection after vaginal birth? Also I do have stitches I was cut a little.
